Life at Onetouch

Different disciplines. One team.

We work in mixed teams. The brand system, the website and the campaign that launches it are built by people in the same room, not passed between departments.

Designers argue with developers. Strategists sit in on shoots. Everyone sees the work reach the market, which is what keeps the thinking honest.

Some of us are in San Pedro Sula, some in Madrid, some further out. The standard is the same everywhere.

  • Women from the Onetouch team working through a brief together.
  • The team gathered around the studio table during a working session.
  • The Onetouch team lined up for a group portrait.
  • A candid moment between colleagues in the studio.
  • Wide view of the Onetouch team at a studio gathering.

Good ideas can come from anywhere. Great execution requires everyone.

What we believe

What we expect from each other.

Not values on a wall. These are the four things we hire, review and promote on.

  • 01

    Own the outcome.

Not the task — the result. If something is off, you say so and you fix it, whoever’s name is on it.

  • 02

    Craft matters.

The last ten percent is what people remember. We give it the time it needs.

  • 03

    Stay curious.

The tools change every year. The people who keep learning are the ones who keep making better work.

  • 04

    Different perspectives. One standard.

We hire for range — background, discipline, point of view. The bar for the work never moves.

Why Onetouch

What you get working here.

Not a list of perks. The things that actually change how a career goes.

  • Room to grow

Small enough that what you do is visible. Established enough that there is somewhere to go.

  • Work across disciplines

Designers touch product. Developers sit in brand reviews. You learn from whoever is next to you.

  • Real ownership

You present your own work to the client and defend the decisions behind it.

  • International perspective

Projects run between Honduras and Spain, for clients across Latin America and Europe.

  • Learn by building

Real briefs from the first week. The fastest way to get better is to ship something that matters.

  • Work that ships

Nothing dies in a deck. What you make goes live, gets used and gets measured.

Candidate questions

What you probably want to ask.

What is it actually like to work here?

One team on one brief. The brand system, the site that carries it and the campaign that launches it are built by people in the same room — designers arguing with developers, strategists sitting in on shoots — so nothing is handed between departments and quietly loses its point. You present your own work to the client and answer for the decisions behind it, and you do that early rather than after two years of proving yourself. The range is unusual for a team this size: more than 20 industries, clients from local founders to international groups, and projects running between Honduras and Spain.

How does your hiring process work, and how long does it take?

Every application is read by the people you would actually work with — there is no keyword filter in front of them. From there it is a first conversation about your work and where you want to go next, a practical exercise drawn from the kind of brief the role really handles, and a final conversation with the discipline lead. [End-to-end timeline pending — talent team to confirm the working-day range before this page goes live.]

Are roles remote, hybrid or on-site — and where can I be based?

It depends on the role, and every listing states it: on-site, hybrid or remote, together with the locations it can be based from. Most openings are hybrid out of San Pedro Sula, Honduras or Madrid, Spain; a few — mostly engineering — are fully remote. Check the spec panel on the role before assuming either way.

Do you hire juniors and interns?

Yes. Junior openings sit on this page alongside everything else rather than in a separate track, and we run university internships from the San Pedro Sula studio. Both are real work from the first week: junior or not, you present what you made and defend the decisions behind it. If nothing junior is open right now, introduce yourself anyway — that is what the open application is for.

Which languages does the team work in?

Spanish and English. The day-to-day between San Pedro Sula and Madrid runs in Spanish; documentation, technical reading and work on international accounts run in English. You do not have to be perfectly bilingual to apply — each listing states the level the role actually needs.

What happens to my CV, and how long do you keep it?

It reaches our talent inbox and an internal record only the hiring team can see. We keep it for 12 months, so that when a role opens in your discipline we can go back to people who already introduced themselves; after that it is deleted. Write to talent@onetouch.hn at any point and we remove it sooner — you do not have to give a reason.
