Creative & Branding Hybrid · San Pedro Sula, Honduras Full-time

Motion Designer

Give brands movement — campaign films, product animation, social cuts and interface motion — inside the team that also builds the brand system and the platform the work lives on.

Apply for this role

We are looking for a motion designer who can make a brand move — and who understands that motion is a language, not an effect applied at the end.

About the role

At Onetouch, motion sits between brand, content and product. A single month might mean a campaign film for a launch, a product animation for social, an animated identity system for a brand we have just built, and the transitions for a website the development team is shipping the same week.

Because strategy, brand, production and development sit in one team, you are not animating someone else’s finished file in isolation. You will be in the room while the brand system is being decided, and you will hand off to developers who will actually implement the motion you designed.

What you’ll do

  • Design and animate brand, campaign and product pieces for social, web, out-of-home and events.
  • Build animated identity systems — logo behaviour, transitions, lower thirds, title sequences — that other people can reuse.
  • Edit and finish video: cut, colour, sound sync, and versioning across formats and aspect ratios.
  • Design interface motion and specify it clearly enough for a developer to build it — timing, easing, sequence.
  • Work from strategy and creative direction, and defend your own choices in review.
  • Keep files, naming and project structure clean enough for the next person.
  • Deliver on real campaign dates without letting the craft collapse.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in motion design at an agency, a studio or in-house, with a reel of finished, published work.
  • Strong After Effects. Premiere for edit, Illustrator and Photoshop for asset preparation.
  • Real command of timing, easing and weight. You can say why something feels wrong and then fix it.
  • Comfort designing to a brand system rather than to personal taste.
  • Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and recognise when a version is done.
  • A reel or portfolio is required. We will go through two or three pieces with you in detail.

Nice to have

  • Cinema 4D, Blender or another 3D tool.
  • Sound design, or a working relationship with music and audio.
  • Lottie or Rive, and exporting motion for web and product.
  • On-set experience — shooting, directing or producing the footage you cut.
  • Illustration or character animation.

How we work

Hybrid from our San Pedro Sula studio, 3 days a week on site. A lot of motion work benefits from being in the room: reviewing on the same screen, cutting alongside the producer, watching a client react in real time.

We critique work early and honestly. Ideas get pushed on. People do not.

What you’ll find at Onetouch

  • Brand work at the source — 80+ brands built since 2016, many of which need their motion language defined for the first time.
  • Range across formats: film, social, web, product, events, instead of one channel repeated.
  • In-house photo and video production, so you are not always animating around missing footage.
  • You present your own work, including to clients.
  • Studios in Honduras and Spain, and campaigns that run in both markets.
