Graphic Designer
Design brand systems, campaigns and digital assets for clients across 20+ industries — identity, editorial, packaging and social, built to hold together at every touchpoint.
Apply for this roleWe are looking for a graphic designer who thinks in systems — someone who can build an identity that still works on its hundredth application, not only on the presentation slide.
About the role
Onetouch has built more than 80 brands since 2016 for clients across more than 20 industries. Graphic design here means the full arc: the identity, the system that makes it repeatable, and the campaign, editorial, packaging and digital work that comes out of it for years afterwards.
You will not be handed a locked brand book and asked to fill templates. On most projects you are part of deciding what the brand looks like and then applying it — and because the same team builds the website and shoots the content, you get to see how your system survives contact with reality.
What you’ll do
- Develop visual identities: logotype, type system, colour, grid, image direction, and the rules that hold them together.
- Build brand guidelines other people can actually follow.
- Design campaign creative across digital, print, out-of-home and social.
- Produce editorial and packaging work — layout, print specification, pre-press files that do not come back.
- Design digital assets and web layouts alongside the UI and development team.
- Take a brief from strategy, propose a direction, and present it clearly.
- Hold quality under real deadlines, and know which corners are safe to cut.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of professional design work — agency, studio or in-house — with a portfolio that shows systems, not only single pieces.
- Command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, plus Figma for anything digital.
- Typography that holds up to inspection: hierarchy, spacing, pairing, and knowing why.
- Real understanding of colour, layout and grid, and of what changes between screen and print.
- The ability to take feedback and iterate without starting from zero every time.
- Portfolio required. Bring three projects you can talk about honestly, including what did not work.
Nice to have
- Print production experience — you have stood next to a press, or argued with a printer.
- Illustration, photo retouching or 3D.
- Basic After Effects for social adaptations.
- Packaging with real structural constraints: dielines, materials, regulatory copy.
- Experience designing for both Spanish- and English-language markets.
How we work
From our San Pedro Sula studio, on site, 5 days a week. Design at Onetouch happens with strategists, developers, producers and account leads in the same space, and a lot of it gets resolved by turning a screen around.
We run open critique. The point is the work getting better, not who was right, and junior designers are expected to have opinions in the room.
What you’ll find at Onetouch
- Brand work from zero — the part of the job most designers wait years to get near.
- 20+ industries, so your portfolio does not end up looking like one sector.
- In-house photo and video production, so your art direction gets executed rather than approximated.
- You present your own work, in internal review and to clients.
- A route into brand direction, art direction or digital product as you grow.
