Performance Marketing
Run the paid, search and analytics side of client growth — campaigns, measurement and CRO — with the creative, content and development that feed them built in the same team.
Apply for this roleWe are looking for someone who runs performance marketing as an actual discipline — hypothesis, test, read, iterate — rather than as a monthly report of numbers nobody acts on.
About the role
You will own paid media, search and measurement for a portfolio of client accounts across Honduras, Spain and the region: e-commerce, real estate, services, retail. That means the strategy, the campaign build, the tracking setup, and the honest read of what happened.
The advantage here is that the landing page, the creative and the content are built in-house. When the data says the creative is the problem, you can go and fix the creative — you are not filing a request and waiting three weeks.
What you’ll do
- Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, plus LinkedIn or TikTok where they fit.
- Own budget allocation and pacing across accounts, and be able to justify every shift.
- Set up and maintain measurement properly: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, server-side where it is needed.
- Run structured tests on creative, audience and landing pages — one variable at a time.
- Work the SEO side with the technology team: technical fixes, content briefs, search intent mapping.
- Propose and specify CRO changes, then work with design and development to ship them.
- Report to clients in business outcomes — cost per acquisition, revenue, pipeline — not vanity metrics.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years running paid media and analytics against real budgets.
- Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You have built campaigns, not only read dashboards.
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager at a working level: events, conversions, and debugging why a number is wrong.
- Spreadsheet fluency, and the numeracy to spot when a result is not significant.
- The ability to write a clear creative brief for the design team based on what the data is telling you.
- Professional Spanish, and English for platform documentation, certifications and international clients.
Nice to have
- E-commerce performance — Shopify, product feeds, catalogue campaigns, ROAS accountability.
- Technical SEO, or having worked closely with developers on it.
- Looker Studio, BigQuery, or any real reporting automation.
- Email and CRM lifecycle work.
- Google and Meta certifications. Useful, not decisive.
How we work
Hybrid from San Pedro Sula or Madrid, 3 days a week in the studio. Accounts run in small mixed teams with a brand lead, a designer and a developer, so decisions get made in one conversation instead of four emails.
We would rather have an uncomfortable number reported early than a good-looking one reported late.
What you’ll find at Onetouch
- 20+ industries and both Latin American and European markets, so you learn more than one playbook.
- Creative, content and development in-house, so you can act on your own findings.
- Ownership of your accounts and their numbers.
- Budget and platform access appropriate to the responsibility.
- A path toward growth strategy or performance leadership.
