About Onetouch

What is Onetouch?

Onetouch is a global creative and technology consultancy. We combine brand strategy, design, development, and content production under one team, helping ambitious brands define who they are and build how they operate.

Is Onetouch an agency or a consultancy?

We work as a consultancy: senior strategic guidance backed by full execution. Unlike a traditional agency, we combine strategy, brand, and technology under a single team rather than handing your project between specialists.

What makes Onetouch different from a typical agency or web studio?

We're not a marketing agency or a web studio — we're a consultancy that combines strategy, brand, technology, and content under one roof, so clients get one senior team instead of managing multiple vendors.

When was Onetouch founded, and how long have you been operating?

Onetouch was founded in 2016 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. A decade later, we're a team of 25+ working across brand, design, development, and content, with 150+ clients and 80+ brands launched.

What industries and types of clients does Onetouch work with?

We've worked across 20+ industries — from food and retail franchises to healthtech, tourism, and B2B platforms — serving mid-to-large companies and ambitious startups alike.

How big is the Onetouch team, and how is it structured?

We're a team of 25+ people organized across four core disciplines: strategy, brand and design, technology and development, and content production — working together on every project rather than in separate silos.

What principles guide how Onetouch works?

Direct, senior-led work with no unnecessary layers: we help forward-thinking brands define who they are, build how they operate, and create experiences designed to grow in a changing world.

Services

What services does Onetouch offer?

Five core services: brand strategy & identity, website design & development, application and platform development, content production (photo/video), and marketing & social media, including SEO/SEM.

Can we hire Onetouch for just one service, like only branding or only a website?

Yes. While many clients bring us in for a full brand-and-platform build, you can also engage us for a single service — a logo and identity system, a website, or a content production project.

Do you handle both branding and development under one team?

Yes. Design, build, and motion happen under one team — no handoffs between a branding studio and a separate dev shop. It's the core of how we work.

What's the difference between a logo and a full brand system?

A logo is a single mark; a full brand system includes strategy, visual identity, guidelines, and applications across every touchpoint — from packaging to your website. Most of our branding engagements deliver the full system, not just a mark.

Does Onetouch build mobile apps as well as websites?

Yes. Beyond web design and development, we build native and cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS, alongside web platforms and business systems.

Do you offer marketing and social media management as an ongoing service?

Yes. Brand launches, content strategy, campaign development, social media management, and paid digital media are all part of our marketing service line, typically run as an ongoing engagement rather than a one-off project.

Do you provide content production, like photography and video?

Yes. We produce photography and video for brand, product, and campaign use — either as a standalone service or bundled into a larger branding or marketing engagement.

Projects and process

What does a typical project look like — what's your process?

We start with strategy and discovery, move into brand and design, then build and launch — with the same team involved from the first conversation through delivery, not a handoff between departments.

How long does a typical project take?

A brand identity project typically runs 4–12 weeks; a full website or platform build runs 8–16 weeks depending on scope. Timelines depend heavily on how quickly feedback and content come back to us.

What brands has Onetouch worked with?

Our client roster spans international franchises like KFC, Pizza Hut, and Denny's, established regional brands like Fletto and Famema, and startups like Meedok — over 80 brands launched across 20+ industries.

Have you worked with international franchises or multi-location brands?

Yes. Our roster includes global franchises like KFC, Pizza Hut, and Denny's, giving us direct experience keeping a brand consistent across many locations while adapting to local markets.

Who owns the final work, files, and designs once a project is delivered?

You do. Ownership of the final deliverables and IP transfers to the client on completion of the project — source files, design assets, and code included.

Do you provide support and maintenance after launch?

Yes. Most projects include a post-launch support window, and many clients move into an ongoing maintenance or retainer arrangement once the initial build is live.

What do you need from us to keep a project on schedule?

Clear decision-makers, timely feedback, and content (copy, images, brand assets) ready when we need it. Timeline slippage is almost always driven by feedback and content delays, not by our side of the work.

How do we start a project with Onetouch?

Start with a short conversation: tell us your goals, scope, and timeline. We follow up with a discovery call, then a scoped proposal covering deliverables, timeline, and investment — no obligation. Reach us at hello@onetouch.hn or through the contact page.

Pricing and engagement

How much does a project with Onetouch cost?

Engagements typically start around $25,000 and scale to $350,000+ depending on scope — from a focused brand refresh to a full brand-and-platform build. Tell us your goals and we'll scope a number that fits.

How do you price projects — fixed scope, retainer, or hourly?

Branding and development projects are typically fixed-scope with a defined deliverable and timeline. Ongoing services like marketing and social media usually run as a monthly retainer.

What's the difference between a project engagement and a retainer?

A project has a defined scope, deliverable, and end date — like a brand identity or a website build. A retainer is an ongoing monthly relationship, typically used for marketing, social media, and continued platform support.

Do you work in US dollars, euros, or local currency?

We quote and invoice in the currency that makes sense for the client relationship — typically USD for Honduras and Latin America engagements, and EUR for Spain and European clients.

Why is Onetouch priced higher than a freelancer or small studio?

Every project is run by a senior, multidisciplinary team — strategy, design, and development working together — rather than a single generalist. That coordination and seniority is reflected in the investment.

What size of budget should we expect to work with?

Our engagements are built for companies investing seriously in their brand and digital presence — typically starting at $25,000 for a focused project. We'll always tell you upfront if your budget and scope don't align.

Spain and international operations

Where is Onetouch located?

We operate from two offices — San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and Madrid, Spain — and work with clients across both regions and beyond.

How does Onetouch operate across Honduras and Spain?

One team, two markets. Our Honduras office anchors production and technical delivery; our Madrid office drives European client relationships and market entry — both share the same process, standards, and senior oversight.

Can you work with clients outside Honduras and Spain, or fully remote?

Yes. Our process is built to run remotely, and we work with clients across Latin America, Europe, and beyond, not just around our two office locations.

Is the Madrid office a local team, or is work delivered from Honduras?

Madrid is a genuine local presence for client relationships and market entry into Europe, backed by the full production and technical capacity of our Honduras team — so you get local access with the depth of an established studio behind it.

Can a client in Latin America work with the Madrid team, or vice versa?

Yes. Our clients aren't limited by office location — a Honduran or Latin American client can draw on our Madrid team's market knowledge, and a Spanish or European client benefits from our full Honduras-based production team.

Does Onetouch adapt its approach for European vs Latin American markets?

Yes. While our process, quality standards, and team are consistent, we adapt market positioning, tone, and go-to-market strategy to fit the specific market — Latin American or European — a brand is speaking to.

Technology and deliverables

What technologies or platforms does Onetouch build with?

We select the right stack for each project — from informational websites and interactive web platforms to custom-built systems — rather than forcing every client into a single template or platform.

Do you build e-commerce stores as well as informational websites?

Yes. We build online stores and e-commerce platforms alongside informational and interactive websites, depending on what the project needs.

Do you develop mobile apps for Android and iOS?

Yes. We design and develop native and cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

Can Onetouch handle backend systems, databases, and business platforms?

Yes. Beyond front-end websites, we build business systems, structure and design databases, and develop the backend platforms that run behind them.

Do you manage hosting, servers, and corporate email setup?

Yes. We configure servers and set up corporate email systems as part of our technical development service, so clients get a fully working setup, not just a design file.

What do we receive at the end of a technology project?

You receive the completed platform or application, source files, and the access and documentation needed to run and maintain it — ownership transfers fully to you.

Can Onetouch integrate with our existing systems, like a CRM or internal software?

Yes. We assess your existing systems during discovery and build integrations where needed, rather than treating every project as a system built from zero.
