This Cookie Policy describes how Onetouch Studio S.L. uses cookies and similar technologies on https://onetouch.hn (the “Site”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies are commonly used to operate a site, remember preferences, measure usage, and serve targeted advertising. “Similar technologies” include browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), pixels, beacons, and device fingerprinting.
2. What we use on this site
This Site is designed to minimise tracking. As of the last-updated date below, we use the following:
- Strictly necessary — session storage. The contact form writes a single key,
ot:landing, into your browser'ssessionStoragewhen you first visit. It stores the URL of the landing page so we can attribute your inquiry to the entry point. It is cleared automatically when you close the tab. No personal data is stored. Legal basis: legitimate interests (statistical attribution). - Strictly necessary — local storage (newsletter prompt). News articles and case studies may show a one-time newsletter invitation. To avoid asking repeatedly, the Site writes small flags into your browser's
localStorage: one key per article or case study where the invitation was shown (ot:nl-modal:…) and, if you subscribe, a singleot:nl-subscribedkey that hides the invitation everywhere. These keys contain no personal data and persist until you clear your browser storage. Legal basis: legitimate interests (frequency capping). - Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views and performance. Vercel's analytics product is cookieless and does not use device fingerprinting; it generates a daily, salted, irreversible hash from the request's IP + user agent that cannot be linked back to an individual visitor. No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers. See Vercel's analytics privacy notice.
We do not use:
- Advertising or remarketing cookies
- Cross-site tracking
- Social-media tracking pixels
- A/B-testing cookies
- Third-party persistent cookies
3. Consent
Because we use only strictly necessary storage and a cookieless analytics service, EU/UK ePrivacy rules and LSSI-CE Art. 22.2 do not require an explicit opt-in consent banner. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (advertising, profiling, persistent third-party trackers) we will deploy a granular consent banner with prior opt-in, in line with the AEPD's Guía sobre el uso de las cookies.
4. How to manage cookies
You can clear browser storage at any time:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- Firefox — Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
- Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove.
- Edge — Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Choose what to clear.
Clearing sessionStorage for this Site has no effect beyond resetting the landing-page attribution.
5. Changes
If our use of cookies or similar technologies changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
