Onetouch Studio S.L. (“Onetouch”) is committed to making the website at https://onetouch.hn accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. This statement explains our conformance status, the measures we take, and how to report a barrier.
1. Our commitment
We treat accessibility as a core part of design and engineering quality, not an afterthought. Our site is built mobile-first with semantic HTML, keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, respect for reduced-motion preferences, and content that remains usable when animation is unavailable.
2. Standards & legal framework
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This commitment is aligned with the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882, in force 28 June 2025), transposed in Spain by Ley 11/2023 and Real Decreto 193/2023, with the harmonised technical reference standard UNE-EN 301549.
3. Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. “Partially conformant” means some content does not yet fully meet the standard; the exceptions are listed below and are being actively remediated.
4. Measures we take
- Semantic landmarks (
header, nav, main, footer) and a skip-to-content link on every page. - Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator, and dialogs that trap focus and close on Escape.
- Honouring the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting: smooth scrolling and decorative animation are disabled and content is shown in its resting, readable state. - Text alternatives for meaningful images, required at the content-management level.
- Form fields with associated labels, programmatic error identification, and grouped choices announced to assistive technology.
- Colour contrast and responsive reflow checked against AA thresholds.
5. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware of and working on the following areas, and we welcome reports of any others:
- Some long-form editorial media and third-party embeds may not yet meet every success criterion.
- Custom motion and smooth-scrolling behaviour is being verified across assistive technologies and keyboard interaction patterns.
6. Feedback & contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information on this site in an alternative format, please contact us at hello@onetouch.hn. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and to provide the information you requested.
7. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the competent supervisory authority. In Spain, oversight of the European Accessibility Act is exercised by the authorities designated under Ley 11/2023 and Real Decreto 193/2023.
